What happens during the program?
Our weight loss program lasts for one month, and is broken up into 4 weekly sessions. This is the optimal duration for the program, as it takes your body a minimum of 28 days to adjust to new eating patterns. The first session will last 1 hour 15 minutes, and will involve laser treatment, measurement of current weight, and analysis of your body using an analyzing monitor. We will also evaluate your current eating patterns, calorie intake and overall health, and then we will create a bespoke meal plan to help you meet your goals. The following sessions will vary depending on the results of the first session, and will be tailored to the specific needs of each participant.
Anne Penman Laser Therapy treatment is safe, non-invasive, drug-free and painless. It involves the application of a cold, soft laser beam that targets specific energy points located on the hands, ears, nose, wrists, arms, legs and feet.
This will help stimulate the release of endorphins – the natural ‘feel good’ chemical that our body produces – which helps with the relief of stress. The laser treatment will put you back in control, help suppress your appetite, help you deal with food cravings, and help make you less obsessed with food.
